Step five
Choosing the candidate:After candidate’s recruiting stage, the most suitable foreign caregiver is being chosen to take care of your loved one.
Step six
Taking care of the visa papers:
The visa is being taken care of at the interior office
The foreign caregiver is being invited for an interview with the consul at the Israeli Embassy in order to present the required documents; health tests, integrity etc., after which he/she are being invited to receive a working visa for Israel.
Coordinating expectations:
During the placing stage, it is highly important to make sure that there is good chemistry between the patient and the foreign caregiver, which is why, we, in “Aviezer Babait”, conduct preliminary sessions, expectations coordinations, understanding the specific needs of the patient such as feeding, dressing up, diaper changing, bathing errands etc. It is of the most importance that there will be complete trust between the patient whether he is an elderly or handicapped to the caregiver.
Step eight
Monitoring, training and continuous supervision:“Aviezer Babait” puts an emphasis on making the best match possible between the patient and the foreign caregiver, while assisting with every matter.
