Behind my title lies my personal story.

As a handicapped woman, using a foreign caregiver on daily bascis, I have a unique view of the topic of foreign caregivers’ placement, not only from the caregivers’ side or the corporation’s, but from the patient’s as well. I literally live the issue day by day, hour after hour professionally, as well as the therapeutically.

A great responsibility lies on my shoulders

I am well aware to the great responsibility laying on my shoulders regarding everything related to foreign caregivers’ placement. Only a person in need of the care of a foreign caregiver can understand the importance of quality care, level of professionalism, dedication and loyalty. Years of experience as CEO of the corporation led me to put an emphasis on four essential issues:

Quality human resource companies abroad- in charge of tracing quality foreign caregivers. Due to years of1/ experience in the field I have managed to create relationships with quality companies in numerous countries around the world including Sri-Lanka, Nepal, India, Philippines, Moldova, Uzbekistan, Romania and so forth.

Corporation’s quality human assets- In order to complete the foreign caregivers’ placement, whether it is an in country placement or a new arrival one, there is a need in a meticulous filtering and sorting process dictated by branch managers and being supervised by the social array of the corporation. “Aviezer Babait” employees are experienced social workers and placement coordinators.

Knowing and understanding the law and the Israeli process- as someone who knows the field of foreign caregivers in Israel and was part of it since day one, I have gained experience, knowledge and connections. This information is being transferred to all “Aviezer Babait” employees systematically through an organised tutorial array.

Treating the patient with the respect he/she deserve- we are obligated to provide each and every patient with the dedicated reliable service they deserve while paying attention to their needs and keeping their dignity as human beings.
